Our Flower House!
This is the most convenient way, we have found to offer seasonal, locally grown, not flown flowers.
Our climate offers ample opportunity for cultivating beautiful flowers in all shapes, sizes, class etc. On our farm we slow down, grow in season and then create magical floral arrangements for you.
We’ve built a quaint Self-Serve, Flower stand & market. Inside you’ll discover Seasonal wrapped bouquets, floral gifts, perennial & annual plant starts, Dahlia tubers, seasonal veggies, Other WV Grown Products, seasonal gifts, & more. Inventory changes weekly based upon what’s blooming or growing .
Our fields are in full bloom and our Flower house will be open consistently late june through mid october, thursday through Monday, 9am-7pm

Our Flower house is just past our home, follow the black fence, then pull down to the porch of the Flower House, 2881 Glady Fork Road, Buckhannon WV 26201

You can pay via exact change in the drop box, Venmo, or personal check.

Always seasonal, mixed wrapped bouquets, straight floral bunches (zinnias, sunflowers, dahlias), herbs, everlasting (dried) flowers and more.

Sure will! We will re-stock all day during our prime season, late June -mid-October. In the rare case, we need to close or sold out, we will announce this on Instagram and Facebook.

Yes We have an area for a couple of cars at a time. Please back or pull all the way down close to the porch area. This allows others to park and will not interfere with roadway traffic.

Unfortunately , no. That’s the beauty of the flower house, combined with locally grown & seasonal flowers. We will stock the house with our most most beautiful flowers blooming that particular week. You can message tina@blacksheepbloomery.com for special orders & questions.

Our farm is a working farm and is adjacent to our home, so visits are by appointment only. We will offer farm tours and visits through our Flower Subscription Memberships and certain workshops.

Cultivating Beauty, One Bloom at a Time
Welcome to Black Sheep Bloomery! We believe that a hurried life leads to stress, and the same applies to how we grow. That’s why our motto is “GROW WITH THE FLOW.” We nurture our soil using no-till methods, plant an abundance of native pollinators, and rely on natural products to fertilize and sustain both our plants and the earth.
We proudly grow seasonally, by choice. Just as nature in West Virginia rests in the winter, we allow our bodies, souls, and soil to do the same. This seasonal rhythm fosters resilience, enhances fragrance-rich blooms, and keeps our crops (almost) pest-free.
So glad you asked! We are female & Veteran owned and proud to be part of the WV Grown Program as well as Veterans and Heroes to Agriculture. These programs offer many learning and support opportunities for veterans and family members here in the mountain state and have been a tremendous asset in the growth of our farm and brand.
